Payment Options accepts VISA and Mastercard.

Order Modifications

If you’ve placed an order online please be sure to review the order carefully. If you find any errors, please contact us immediately by email. Please understand if you do not contact us right away, we will not be able to modify your order. Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to our processing department as soon as they are completed online.


If you are experiencing difficulties with a coupon code and this is the first time you’ve used it, make sure you've entered the code exactly as it is shown. Please note you must enter your coupon code in the field labeled "COUPON CODE". If you have already submitted an order, please understand we are unable to make changes to the financial aspect of your transaction.

Payment Processing

Once an order has been submitted, credit cards will be pre-authorized for the total dollar amount of the order. Pre-authorizations will show up immediately, though this does not indicate a payment has been made.

Declined Payments

Possible reasons an order will not process:

  • The billing address of the order does not match the billing address the card statement is sent to.
  • Unavailable funds.
  • Incorrect card security code. For most credit cards, enter the three-digit number following your account number on the back of your card.
  • Incorrect card number or expiration date.

Shipping Policies

Customers will be charged for shipping in the amount calculated by Carolina E-Cigs, Trip Distribution and Foggy Waters at the time of purchase. Shipping costs may increase for rush orders. If an item is damaged during shipping, Carolina E-Cigs, Trip Distribution and Foggy Waters will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies to customers.
